This past week, I had the opportunity to travel across the country and experience California luxury at its finest at the Monarch Beach Resort! Formally the St. Regis, The Monarch Beach Resort, in Dana Point, California is conveniently located between San Diego and Los Angeles (about an hour to both). This captivating 5-star resort, offers breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean and world class activities, including a premier golf experience, the amazing Miraval Spa and a convention center, open to all guests. 

The service here at the Monarch Beach Resort is above and beyond what I have experienced anywhere, in recent years – it is truly top of the line in all regards. One staff member is friendlier and more attentive than the next! I am lucky enough to have traveled to many beautiful places and gorgeous resorts, and I now realize that what sets an experience apart for me is the staff and stellar service above all else.

Next to service, my favorite part of this resort was the Private California Beach Club – this is exclusive to resort guests and club members only, this completely renovated experience includes chair and towel service, beach activities and rentals for the entire family to enjoy (surfing, boogie boarding and more!) There’s even a private beach tram that drops you right off at the lobby of the resort! And don’t forget ukulele lessons, family movie nights and s’more making. There is truly something for everyone!
