The last time I took a Disney VIP Tour, I was about 10 years old. My sister and I had the best time touring underneath the Magic Kingdom, seeing all the “behind the scenes” magic – it was truly special

Most recently, I had the opportunity to experience an Ultimate Disney VIP tour. Wow…talk about red carpet treatment!! Our tour guide was Bess, and she took the time to talk to each of us and ask what were our “must do’s” for the day, as well as understand what rides and attractions we liked best. We had some thrill ride seekers and some attraction lovers, so Bess took great care in meeting all of our wants and needs.
I think one of the coolest parts about the Ultimate Disney VIP tour is that you decide what you want to do with the hours you have the VIP experience booked for! If you want to move among the different parks, you can! I was in awe over the way Bess zipped us in and out of every ride – walked right up to Slinky Dog like we were celebrities!! We were able to squeeze in so much in our short time together – the new Toy Story Land in Disney Hollywood Studios, and then a quick private van awaited to take us to the Magic Kingdom where we were greeted in true Disney fashion by the most friendly cast members bearing drinks and snacks…talk about VIP treatment! In the Magic Kingdom, we were able to experience Haunted Mansion (Even walking through a secret passage in the mansion itself!!), Peter Pan, Seven Dwarf’s Mine Train, Space Mountain and many character stops along the way…all with basically no waiting time at all! As crowds of people watched as we went from ride to ride, with basically no waiting at all, you couldn’t help but feel “VIP” during this amazing experience!
Another amazing perk to the VIP tour… Learning some great ‘behind the scenes’ stories our guide shared about the celebrities and dignitaries she has guided through Disney, as well as Walt Disney World parks’ little-known-facts. She graciously answered all my questions about each of the different tours that were available and was even kind enough to give her story about coming to Disney. Reflecting on my experience, I would do it again and recommend it to all my Disney lovin’ veterans in a heartbeat! However, for my first timers to Disney…maybe not. There’s just truly something magical about walking through those gates and down Main Street for the first time or to walk through and read the classic gravestones at the Haunted Mansion….but most definitely a MUST for the biggest Disney fans!
There’s tons of options as far as how many hours you can book a VIP experience for, how many guests, and all those little details. Reach out to Marsha or our friends at Pixie Dust Planners today, so you can stress less and just look forward to your magical trip!
